Intro FAQ

When does my 30 days of unlimited classes begin?

Your 30 days begins on the day your take your first class, whether that’s today, tomorrow, next month, or whenever.

I'm planning on going out of town, should I wait until I get back?

Absolutely not, we’ll extend your 30 days for the time you’ll be gone.  The best time to get started is right now!

I'm not flexible at all, can I still do yoga?

We have a saying that being too inflexible to do yoga is like being too dirty to take a shower- you become flexible by practicing yoga, not the other way around.

I’m a complete beginner and feel intimidated walking into a group yoga class. Help!

We take pride in being a beginner friendly environment, and our teachers actually love getting students that are starting from scratch because we don’t have to fix any bad habits they may already have. Just remember, you’re coming into a real yoga class filled with real people of all shapes and sizes, not a yoga class on a TV show.

How hot is hot yoga?

Our bikram hot yoga classes aim for 105 degrees with 40% humidity.  A hot vinyasa class that features more movement would aim for the mid 90 degrees, and a warm vinyasa class would be in the 80s.  The goal of heated yoga is to provide a challenging experience without becoming overwhelming, and your body acclimates to the heat over time allowing you to feel stronger and do more.
